Town and City Gift Cards Christmas Golden Gift Card 2021 Rules

1. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
2. Our prize draws and competitions are free to enter.
3. Non-purchase entry can be made by sending a postcard with contact details including, name, address, telephone number to; Miconex, 13 Rose Terrace, Perth, PH1 5HA.
4. Maximum 10 entries per individual.
5. There will be 9 weekly prize draws, drawn each Friday from 5/11/2021 until 31/12/2021.
6. There will be 1 final £500/€500 prize draw drawn on 31/12/2021.
7. The closing date for the weekly draws is noon on the Friday of the draw.
8. The closing date for the final £500/€500 draw is 11:59am on 31/12/2021.
9. Entries from valid from 00:01am 18/10/2021 until 11:59am on 31/12/2021.
10. Every order placed through www.townandcitygiftcards.com will receive one entry per order for any remaining draws.
11. Unsuccessful entries will roll over into the next prize draw until 11:59am on 31/12/2021.
12. Once a winner has been drawn that entry will be removed from future draws. A winner with multiple entries will still be in future draws until all entries have been drawn.
13. All entries, including previous weekly winners, will be included in the final £500/€500 prize draw.

15. The winner will be notified by email. Winners must respond to notification of their prize within 48 hours otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and the Miconex reserves the right to re-award the prize(s).
16. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom & Ireland aged 18 years or over except employees of Miconex and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
17. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
18. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
19. The prize is a discount coupon for www.townandcitygiftcards.com to be redeemed against a gift card of the users choice. Only applicable to gift cards available for purchase through www.townandcitygiftcards.com. There is no cash alternative.
20. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Miconex reserves the right to offer alternative gift cards of equal or greater value.
21. Miconex can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries that are corrupt, incomplete or fail to arrive by the closing date.
22. Weekly prizes values will be announced on the day of the draw.
23. Miconex accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Miconex further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
24. Miconex is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
25. Miconex reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.
26. Miconex also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
27. The decision of Miconex in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

29. Miconex reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, pandemic, war, civil or military disturbance, an act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
30. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
31. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: info@mi-cnx.com.
32. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
